Lucky Spa on Broadway in Elmhurst SHUT DOWN?

I just heard that Lucky Spa is shut with two big orange stickers on the gate. If so, like many of this said, it's NOT just about 40th Road. There's something big going on and the fisherman are out casting a wide net trying to get as many of us guppies as possible.

I think the crackdown will only grow as each precinct gets a taste of those sweet arrest numbers. It looks great for a precinct captain and the local assemblyman to look tough on crime and as though they care about human trafficking and those sorts of issues. So, in doing that, they can't go after the girls because they are now considered 'special victims' and the crazy rich Asians who own these places probably don't even live in the U.S. so that means they have to lock up the MMS and every single monger they can trap and identify.

Also, for some reason feds are now seeing how many millions are wired out of America each week from both nail and massage parlors.I think smart amps that have been around for a few years will be okay if they’re cautious with new customers.Fast houses like Lucky Spa,Whitney Avenue and Mimi will be shut down.

While some guys talk WAY too explicitly on this forum and I have no doubts that LE know about us and more than a few accounts here are actually Officer MacGillicuddy at 1PP, I'm still glad that this forum exists so that we can coordinate and share info even a little bit. Better that that walking into places blind.

Went by broadway today to check out Lucky Spa, the gate leading up the stairs (which was always open) is indeed closed.

Not sure if it is totally shut down because the SPA/OPEN lights are on. Although the other two spa gates which were right next door were also closed but same thing with the lights open.

Wanted to try MIMI spa by Grand Ave. but haven’t seen much reviews about the place yet.

Might continue my break until things cool down.
