I'm wondering with the current economic conditions if providers will lower their rates a bit maybe 20 -30% to get higher volume to combat the effects less disposable income. Seen a few ads posting services for around $120 -$150 per hour. Not sure these ads are real but at that price point I would def be more likely to partake assuming it's not a terrible time. With a recession looming I personally cant see consistently dropping tons of cash for a hit and split. Being a single guy making low 6 figures I still find tight times living in NYC not sure how folks with families and mortgages can maintain supporting the high prices over the next year.

I highly doubt that prices will come down, if anything, I’d expect that prices will go up to account for fewer customers. AMPs that have minimal traffic may reduce staff or close up shop. This will reduce supply and for those shops that survive they will keep making the same profit or more. Just my 2 cents
This makes sense, I I didn't think about the fact that scarcity would create room for higher or strong pricing pressure. Have you been seeing providers post lower rates? I honestly only partake once or twice every few months. Saving up till my birthday to spurge but I have started to see a few lower priced ads, I'm now thinking they are maybe bots, scams or females that are hard up for cash.
I'm honestly hoping for a price cut. You figure 200 min and then another 50 to 100 for extras it can blow up to 400-600 pretty quick. I guess this is standard but just seems like a lot. I noticed that some of the porn stars have seemed to lower their rates a bit. Maybe this is scarcity in reverse when times are good a PS can hire at a premium but when there is a slowdown they can still charge above average but lower than their normal rate.

It seems as if they are trying to charge more and using a bunch of reasons, like so and so gets paid this much, or that’s what others pay me. And, there is a labor shortage. Seems strange that one’s that have been in the business 10+ years that I know, want more than they were making when they were 10 years younger. Seems like just the opposite would be true. As they age, they drop their price. And, yes, I know a few of those too.
Yeah I totally think the same. One of the biggest facts for people that work in this bizz is that the older you get the less money you make. Unless you have a list of clients that are willing to pay top dollar because they are long term clients. The industry tends to pay a premium for younger talent. IDK older providers def have the gift of experience and skill but nothing beats something that is fresh out the box (pun intended). I was actually watching some video a while back with a 60 year old worker who was complaining that she was not going to get SSI because she worked for like 40 years in the industry and never paid taxes.
There’s still something to be said about making a connection, and great service. I’ve given up on 22-25 year olds. There’s nothing in their brains interesting and they are as flighty as butterflies. Then there’s a girl I see who is mid 40s now and still gives the best head, complete with gagging and eye rolling. You can’t get that from a young girl. It’s not that I’m bargain hunting just saying it can be a waste of money to only use youth as your criteria.
