The Windmill is still open in Long Branch and in Red Bank, Max's is open but new mgt. Not the same old Max. IMHO the Windmill is the best at putting the hot dog between the buns. That said there are a couple of AMPs in Neptune that does a pretty good job of taking care of the hot dog but kimchi instead of sauerkraut.

There is a Kimchi Taco in Asbury park Beach. Personally I love their bulgoggi(?) taco. It is awesome.
