Do you think the hobby will ever be fully legal? Never understood why any activities are illegal.
I hope one day we can just look at a menu the way we look at a restaurant menu and order specific services from specific girls without fear of consequences. Let consenting adults be consenting adults!!!

It’s legal in Nevada but those I’m sure at tax paying citizens. I don’t know if the AMP women have the proper work visa status to be legit employees and would they want to???

I think decriminalization would be a sensible first step and eventually lead to legalization but there’s no current social driver pushing the issue or even a discussion forward at the moment. The “Kraft” matter presented a potential opportunity when it happened but it’s a dead issue now and won’t be revived imo. The “ mask, sunglasses, hat and hoodie” mongers certainly aren’t going to step forward in a wave to push the issue into the daylight, that’s for certain. lol..

It's legal on the outskirts counties of Las Vegas only, the girl need to have a license and a medical test also shown on the wall. I believe they have to be tested for STD"S once a week or 2 weeks. They also have to pay taxes on thier income. There's a lot involved in it for it to be legal. I like it the way it is now, cash and carry, no question asked.

Yeah, it’s a lot more involved than licensing and medical testing. The unintended consequences are myriad. That’s why I would support decriminalizing it first and then working on how the legalization would work. There’s enough experience in the European models for a starting place and that bears some research for any discussion on legalization.

I doubt it, I think the reason why is no politician in Trenton wants to be known as the 'Spa Senator' by introducing legislation to legalize it. They would probably get a lot of flack from religious types etc. Its a little different than legalizing weed or sports betting, some people get all crazy when they hear about 'human trafficking' and not so much when discussing getting high or betting on a football game.

If it was legalized... prices would go way up. The government would tax the hell out of it. Taxes and fees alone would be $50 a session. Leave it the way it is now.

This is why Decriminalization is a better solution. It's just a hands off policy and doesn't involve taxation or bureaucratic regulation. Legalization would initially increase prices very possibly but the market would adjust as the number of Stores would expand considerably and competition for customers (market share) would increase. This is what occurred in Europe and has driven the prices of F/S down historically.

Agree I think prices would definitely go up but there is a trade off too. You wouldn't need to worry about being busted, ripped off, bait and switch and all of the other bullshit we are subjected to with this hobby. I smoke marijuana and it does cost more from dispensary but I get a sense of relief in that I am getting what I paid for, I'm not breaking the law driving around with marijuana in my truck and I don't have to deal with the shady people I used to.

I think it would go down. It would open up a lot of women to opportunities to sell cheaply. And legally.
