This applies to even Murder suspects that have made bail, or been released due to technicalities. It's a much better example than using crime stats to try and confuse the issue.

AZ DA is mocking Braggs, that I won't deny. I'm just not convinced this isn't a good strategy to make sure he stays behind bars. They want to keep him in remand pending the 3 potential Attempted Murder charges, let them. Their tax dollars. NYC will get their chance at convicting him of Murder. This is a case of justice delayed, not justice denied.
