Post what it would be.
Here is mine.

Cocktail:
Bombay Sapphire Gin Martini with M&R Vermouth and Olive (large, pitted, no pimento)

Appetizer:
raw oysters and clams on the half shell
cold lobster & king crab
beverage: Korbel Brut Champage

Entree:
medium rare roast leg of lamb (at least 3 lbs) with mushrooms and onions over brown rice & okra. Roasted long hot peppers on the side.
beverage: Carlo Rossi Burgundy

Dessert:
a pecan pie and a quart of haagen daas vanilla.
beverage: what else??? Old Crow!!!

After Dinner:
Asbach Uralt Brandy, then Medaglia D'oro Espresso with Sambuca

If I could only have one thing on the list it would be the Old Crow.

And...if offered the above OR 4 hours with whoever my current favorite porn actress is at the time...I would take the dinner over the girl!!!

Lamb chops, cut as lollipops, marinated in garlic, olive oil, and mint. Grilled on charcoal, charred outside.

This Cuban rice and beans dish with cinnamon, olives and raisins my old marine buddy used to make. I miss him.

Fried plantains.

Just a nice ripe peach for dessert.

Then a maker's mark, neat and a nice Davidhoff Churchill cigar. And an outside seat on a warm night.

-Beef carpaccio over arugula, with capers, Parmesan, squeezed lemon

-keep the east coast oysters coming with squeezed lemon & a touch of horseradish

-NY Strip served blue

-Seared rare Ahi Tuna steak

Finish up with an assortment of various spicy as hell sushi rolls till full & wash down with gin & tonics (well gin will do, I ain’t that refined) & veggies be damned.

As long as I’m dying: I’d like my food the way I like my women…. Raw

Good thread Slim

Warped minds think alike.

If I am being forced into a nursing home, I am saying my life is over so give me a wonderful meal before I die.

NOTE 1: No fucking way I am going to take dinner advice from a monger site especially when it is my LAST FUCKING MEAL.

I want a French women to plan it with me.

Last Fucking meal is going to be 12 courses not this shitty three and four course meals of the peasants.

Going to have to think about this, write it up and send it to my kids and grand kids so it may actually happen!!!

More to come when I have it.
