I've been mongering for a very long time. I am now to a point where I 99.99% of the time am happy with just a HE since I get very paranoid about catching something and giving it to my SO. I've seen these tests that work in your home, no need to send out to a lab and think why don't they sell these at a local drug store or offer the service where you can be anonymous. I've snuck out to another city to visit the Planned Parenthood with a fake name as to not get caught but at the end of the day it's a hassle. Id imagine it's a hassle for the providers as well. So why the lack of these things? Hell if I were single id consider buying in bulk and selling them at a markup.

PS I got FS at Luckys the other day and am just paranoid. Plus I saw someone post something about someone catching something there (no verification). I've been at this for 20 years and as of now haven't gotten anything but it only takes one time. But if you know something, let me know in the DMs

Amazon has them, but they aren't cheap. They make more sense for providers every few weeks. The cheaper ones you send them the swab or sample and they Email results.

I think amps are riskier than aamps, but yeah, reports can't be confirmed, unless you know the monger.

And, keep in mind that it may be very under reported in forums by newbie mongers who feel bad, embarrassed about getting it, not wanting to relive experience by reporting, not wanting to deal with responses.

However, I suspect long time mongers who get an STD are more likely to report feeling good about informing other mongers about it. There is a topic on ampreviews whether you should tell the PO you think you got an STD.

You would have fewer worries about giving it to your SO if you used a condom.

By the way, Chlamydia is the most insidious STD, because you may not have symptoms, but give it to your SO.

So, I just saw an article that 200mg of doxycycline works as PEP (Post Exposure Prophylaxis) for gonorrhea, syphilis, and chlamydia. The FDA is considering spproving for that use. Lot's of Google references.

Maybe you can get a prescription from your doctor? It's also supposedly available in Mexico without prescription. You might be able to order it online from a foreign country.

Personally I've never gone in without protection even before my SO. It's more of a paranoia thing. I actually quit FS a while ago but on this particular night I wasnt thinking straight and she offered Greek. In the heat of the moment I couldn't pass it up.

If you're concerned about STD's you really shouldn't even entertain Lucky's or any provider/org of the same caliber. I guarantee their girls do not test regularly, and the lack of verification of any kind means guys with STD's who DGAF would use them for easy release.

HE-only AMP are popular for both clients and providers because transmission by hand is almost impossible unless you never wash and stupidly touch places you shouldn't.

One of the benefits of screening orgs that blacklist customers is that your fellow mongers will also care about their reputation and ability to continue to access the girls and be more mindful of their health.

Anal bareback is a terrible idea.
Being on the receptive end (bottom) of anal is the highest HIV transmisson risk, way worse than unprotected vaginal sex, and reason HIV tore thru SF and many Gay communities in 80s.

Same reason it's a bad idea for a provider to do Greek.

I did bbanal twice with the same provider. I had been doing bbfs for a while and she offered it. I had never done it before so I went with it. Not as enjoyable as her pussy but interesting. I know I had nothing for her to catch and I didn't catch anything from her. It's been years since I've done it but she's still "plugging away".

200mg of doxycycline as PEP (as mentioned earlier in topic) is probably cheaper than STD tests, if you can acquire this online.

Agree with SexyLoser, I’m told you shouldn’t take antibiotics unless necessary as your body will acclimate and may not work for you anymore. STD tests are cheaper than going to a C-Org.

I’ve been hearing really bad things and you telling me you are at a higher risk of STD at a c-org is funny.

Nico from SexyHouse looks cute. And she provides rim? All for just 140 hhr sounds great.

No, did not mean it like that, if anything I find C-Org are always covered, so they’re safer than a K-Org.

I meant the cost of an STD test is less than $140. If we’re seeing K-Girls all the time at $260+, then cost of STD test should not be a big deal.

The genesis of this thread was about being super safe. I guess we went off tangent.

Well actually, that's not correct that your body will acclimate, rather the valid medical worry is that an STD will evolve to be antibiotic immune. That's evidently what the FDA is debating, to allow doxycycline as a PeP, after exposure.

There is controversy over the too broad prohibition of not using antibiotics this way since there isn't good direct evidence. It difficult to justify not using a drug that can be clearly shown to stop STDs, for fear it will become antibiotic resistant in the future if you don't have some reasonable accurate idea. One proven technique is to use two different anti-biotics.

Antibiotic immunity has arisen in places like China where the antibiotics can be bought without prescription. But as PEP it's lot narrower use, way less frequent use. Also, evolving anti-biotic immunity depends on the antibiotic and the number of people infected. So, Covid evolved strains that were resistant to vaccines and mono-clonal antibodies about every 6 months, but a billion people worldwide were involved in any outbreak. Paxlovid has been more resistant to evolving strains. PEP for STDs is at least 1000 less likely, exposure than covid.

I'm going to drop some knowledge that my doc gave me the last time I got tested. As a background, I got paranoid because I thought I saw a spot that WebMD diagnosed as anything from cancer, to every std imaginable, so I went to get tested, and got the results back, and found one missing - the one for herps...when i asked him how I could get the results for those, he said they aren't usually included in labs because just about everyone has it - mostly type 1, and it's not considered a major issue since you can easily pass it to someone via sex all the way down to sharing a cup, and most people who have it don't have those painful symptoms that we're all fearful of. Needless to say, I was negative across the board, in spite of my years of mongering bbfs at my own peril. Anyways, back to my point: doc told me you can get almost every STD, with or without a condom - it's harder for clap or chlamydia, but doc says a lot of people feel invincible thinking condoms will protect you, when they actually don't. So he recommended PreP and DoxyPep which have a higher chance of prevention than condoms....so you can say I'm playing the odds. By the way, most of these girls get tested frequently

This was mentioned that comdoms are less reliable than PreP.

Condom efficacy varies depending if it's preventing STDs, which STDs, and anal or vaginal sex or for accidental pregnancy.
