No way to convince them to use real pictures, they will be not having traffic going on to see what is behind the door

As soon as you convince McDonald's and Burger King to use accurate pictures of their food in their commercials.
FTC has a special bureau dedicated to protecting consumers rights. Lawsuits can and do get created for false advertising.

What is the equivalent we have here as mongers? Who's protecting our rights?

It's becoming more and more of a "blind date" with these completely fake pics dominating....

My guess is that because we are engaging in an illegal activity, there is not much recourse for we mongers. Unless a crime is committed against us (assault, robbery) or we commit a crime against one of the women, I don't think the FTC, law enforcement or any similar organization is too eager to help us out.

As far as bait and switch, pretty sure the attitude is " when you participate in an illegal activity, you deserve any disappointment that results from the participation.

Believe me, I'm pretty frustrated by the fact that it seems that almost every single girl who is described in ad as 5' and 100 pounds in her 20's gets reviewed as being 12-20 years older and 20-30 pounds heavier. But since the orgs probably regulate themselves in the way they see fit, supply and demand still seems to be in favor of the org's and because not too many people have sympathy for those of us engaging in an illegal activity, I'm not confident things are going to change back to how they were a few years ago.

I'm trying to keep track of who's who, and figure out if Dude A, B and C's reviews are reliable and might match up with my tastes and generally compare comments as best I can to decide whether or not to make a call and make the 3+ hour trip to the Bay Area next week to try and meet up with somebody. Frustrating, but not being a regular participant who is closer to the scene, I figure it's par for the course.

Exactly… it’s like if I buy some fake drugs, not a lot the cops are gonna do to help me out
