Yea when I went with the local spa owner that is what she did. But I thought I would get a good scrubbing by a nice Korean woman. To my surprise it was a strong handed Korean man.

King Sauna was planning on opening up an indoor waterpark but I told them it’s not a good idea.

Sojo will open up another location in Brooklyn within two years. I told the owner that he will be banking on this one.

That's a good move on Sojo's part. I'm sure there's more than enough demand that they can be profitable in Brooklyn. Hopefully, it'll also make the Edgewater location less crowded.

It’s a good venue apart from the sauna/steam which is now closed. Most the areas are coed and everyone is wearing provided shorts and t shirts. That said, SOJO in Edgewater is much more upscale (and double the price of King)

OK - I know this is a little different than most of the postings, but hear me out. I figure if I'm curious, others are as well.

King Spa in Palisades Park - it's a GIANT legit type spa with various rooms, amazing food, etc.

I also enjoy the locker room sauna with the giant bath and steam room etc.

Question - has anyone had anyone come on to them in there? I'm meaning another guy.

There's def some wandering eyes in there and some guys have given me the stare but I move on. Not that I probably wouldn't watch or touch, but not super into it. No judgement if you are.

Otherwise, I actually love it there. The cold room, hot room, steam room. The robes and even the lounge room where you can take naps.

That's my thoughts - let's hear what you guys have to say.

I had a bad experience once were i saw one guy jerking himself in the regular sauna and me and the other guys there were appalled and dumbfounded. When he left i spoke to the other guys and volunteered to rat him out to the management as long as they would back up my story.

They pussied out, or didn't want to bother, so i didn't pursue it.

I guess the moral of that story is don't be scared to talk to management even if you have to do it alone.
