It's better to learn to control yourself than to do this, I doubt it even helps that much, you'd have to jo right before.

But yes, I did do this once or twice. Was a risky move because one time I couldn't complete and it was with someone who was very much rushing so I ended up leaving dissatisfied. So now I don't bother and work on my pelvic floor. It'll do you good.
