I know this is outside of Philly but it's pretty close and I could see this happening at a few of the NE parlors.
What a piece of shit this guy is. Probably thought they weren't going to call and report it. That photo is crystal clear- hopefully just a matter of time. Be aware of your surroundings. This is the type of scumball that would follow you home from a parlor and try to blackmail you.

This is going to bring more attention to the parking lots and areas near the spas. I don't think the cops will victimize them twice and shut them down right away but anything is possible. We don't need to be undressed and dude comes in looking to get you wallet too!
