I started selling muni bonds in the 80's and cold called from a 10 inch book called the Coles Directory which had every phone number in Manhattan. A few hundred calls each day. 99% rejection rate. The few leads you get you learn to develop and set them on a path towards a sale. It's the think skin and acquired efficiency that I developed that I take to my approach to SA.
I wasn't very good but this was my method. Perhaps you can share some wisdom but I am mostly spray and pray.
Lucked out once with a unicorn hottie with ton of daddy issues for small sum every month and had a fantastic time (almost a year).
- I'd message them on SA and leave them my SMS to text me. - lot of spam I sent.
- If they insist on staying on SA messaging, I move on
- If they moved to text, I'd small talk just a little but go straight to meet and greet ask. Sometimes I lose track so I always put their name at the first message or I'll forget who the fuck I'm talking to lol
- If they move to meet and greet (coffee and sometimes I'd have 3-4 scheduled in a day to maximize my own time) --- not paying them shit of course), then my batting average is like 90% they will offer a PPM if they actually meet for coffee.
- I've done a couple of lunch meets but they never pan out. They were just rinsing for a free meal. Coffee meet girls are usually more serious and more realistic. If they ask $ just to meet, I just thank them for their time and move on. No need to lecture them on money or my time is more valuable etc.
- I'd pick who I wanna see for PPM and eventually allowance if I really want to see them, only did 2 girls on a regular basis since all others were mostly PPM (maybe 2-3 times worthy then I'm bored

maybe a few hundreds will reply on SA. if it's basic messaging I entertain it or I just ignore.
maybe 100 will go to SMS txt
maybe 20 will end up in a coffee meet and greet
maybe I end up doing a PPM with 10 cuz sometimes M&G turns out to be dud if girl is too far from reality.
The only reason why I don't move forward is if PPM ends up being to much. But I usually have an idea during the SMS phase
I think I roughly saw maybe 30 girls on Seeking in totality in PPM. Some wanted real dates like all day which is fine since it's more time for the value. We're talking like being together 5+ hours for the price of the PPM so vlaue for money is good. If you just want time in the room, it's less time usually but the my unicorn would spend hours in the room after being out together for hours. It was a real good time and "real"

Yah, like Nutopia said, it;s a huge committment and need some persistence to get thru it.
It's much easier to just schedule an AMP, short time, and lower cost (vs ppm) to get what you want.
But if you hit a unicorn, the pay off is immense but very difficult to hit a unicorn.

Note that the Okamoto's (all of them have some, "enriched" = more) are lubed. Some girls don't like the lube.
The Sagami 001s are a hair (1mm) bigger than the Okamoto regular and a hair smaller than the Okamoto 001Ls. I find the Sagami easier to get on and have switched to them but both are good. I would recommend trying both and seeing which one you like more.
TESO has multiple locations, they are Chinese owned/run and have lots of Japanese snacks too. If you are in NJ Mitsuwa in Edgewater has a small selection of J Condoms but their stock is hit or miss on what is available.
