going to amps IS addicting. No question about it. If it was free I would probably go a few times a week for a good massage and a non FS experience. But spending $500 or so for multiple visits per week would not go unnoticed. Not getting caught by the SO is the best deterrent there is IMO. I know a number of people in recovery from substance use (alcohol and drugs) and they tell me it is a daily struggle for them. I get it. I have some "free time" where I can get away and about $150 in my pocked and the urge is very strong. I delay that urge with online porn and that keeps it in check for a bit.

You got to have a strong will man. Last time I went I think it was 2022 in December. I do have urges but I normally do something else that makes me forget. Find something to redirect your attention. Again there's nothings wrong with having a good time but you do have to realize this hobby is like going to the movies, or grabbing a cup of coffee at dunkin. Sometimes you need a break from McDonald's once and awhile. Hahah good luck I might stop by those places man I had some good times. Hahaha

yeah or at the gym. No shortage of hot young asian girls and older in really good shape asian milfs (40ish) at the gym I go to. And the gym has a big pool and swim team and the girls are always working out before practice on the treadmill or doing some weights and they wear these loose really short shorts that show plenty of cheek.
