ISO Steam Room

Long time ago there was an AMP up in Denville on a side road off main street that had a steam room. Holy cow it was awesome! That, then a table shower, then a legit massage, then FS playtime. It was a perfect hour for 160. Recently, I been wanting to go to a just steam room for relaxing. I mean, if I can get the whole package like before that would be great, but something somewhere legit would be fine too. Anyone know anything in the CNJ/East Windsor area?

There is also an influx of cold / hot therapy locations that offer steam/ sauna/ cryotherapy/ cold plug/ red light therapy that you pay for what you’re interested in doing. I’m close to red bank and there are a few of these type places close by in surrounding towns but not sure in East Windsor. Good luck

Palisades Park is a little bit of a ride but Kings Spa is great for a day of relaxing. Island in Edison probably has one to.

Spa 27 in Edison has a steam room if it'still open, was shut down last time I went there, standard R&T.

Try a Russian banyan. They have steam, sauna, pool, cold bath restaurant with food and drinks. You can get a legit massage or beat with some sort of wet branches in the sauna. It's an unique experience and very cool way to spend an afternoon. I'm bot sure if there's one in central Jersey but there is in Bucks County and several in Brooklyn.

Been here, no happy ending with my massage but there was plenty of M2M action going on in steam room.

King Spa is Not the place you want to go for this thing of ours.

It is, however a decent option for a traditional Korean Spa. Read up about it. It’s an interesting experience. Get the Groupon if you can. Don’t pay full price for admission. Plan on staying 4+ hrs. I have stayed 10 hrs before.

Lifetime fitness Bridgewater is 3 minutes from Bella’s 202/206. I was there today, workout, then hot tub, then cold plunge, then steam room, then hot tub then shower, feel great. A quick run to Bella’s would have been the bomb!

Don't recall full on steam, but Sun Spa in Lakewood on 70W has/had a sauna next to their TS room. Used to start with TS and then the sauna while they cleaned up the TS room. Then the massage, and finally HE. It was my go to for a while when I wanted a solid massage. Haven't been there recently so not sure if thats still going, but worth a look.

There is one in CNJ - Bear and Birch in Freehold. Has all the amenities you mention.
