Safe in what regard? Safe place to live, for the most part yes. There are a small few sketchy areas of low income housing off of rt.38 but most places are very safe. In regards of the hobby there are only two amps in town, true balance and mekar spa. Mekar is a little more high visibility and the other is a little bit more discrete. Both area's are high traffic area's patrolled by MLPD. Im an amp only guy so i cant speak on the independents that work out of the various hotels and motels in the area. I can say the PD is well aware of it and NJSP also works stings in the area to target prostitution in those hotels. I haven't and wouldn't even consider that option but to each his own. Just be aware of the risks with LE and also the provider. If you're going that route read all the reviews and make an informed decision from there.

Never saw any reason to feel under threat at True Balance - nice place but semi-lackluster performances by staff, but Lisa was good to me. PM if you want to know more LOL

I just replied to a similar post. I have been seeing girls in Mount Laurel for 10 years now. Maybe more. Still do. Never had any issues with LE. I think that's more of an issue for the girls or their handlers.

Only ever got busted once and it was in Mt Laurel but that was long ago. Ultimately walked due to me not caving and admitting it but still had to go through arrest, fingerprinting, etc. hire a lawyer. Haven’t been back since.

Early 2000s. Nabbed me walking out of a motel not even there anymore. Left, pulled out and that’s when i notice 2 unmarked cars pull out behind me and follow me for about 5 mins before pulling me over. They were casing the room all day and grabbing everyone that walked out the door. Took me in, questioned me, fingerprinted me. Whole ordeal took 4-5 hours. Let me go with a hearing date the following week. Those 4-5 hours, they tried every trick you see on TV. “We already know what happened so just admit so we can make this easy for you”. “If you don’t cooperate, we can make sure your name is in local paper tomorrow.” “You really want to fight this and we have to play a videotape of you having sex in court?”

Just stonewalled. Said i was visiting a friend. Contacted a lawyer soon as i was released. Had to pay him $1500 to make a few phone calls and basically get the case dropped. Without me confessing, they had nothing. Only evidence they had was arrived at a certain time and left an hour later. They can’t prove anything that went on in that room. My lawyer said most people cave namely because they’re married and those stupid tricks hit home for them.

Lesson I’ve learned since that day: no more visits to sleazy motels where anyone in a parking lot can see you coming and going.

And remember, cops are only your friend if you call them. Otherwise, STFU when you have to talk to them and just say “lawyer”

Every time you eat sushi, there’s a chance you’ll get worms…

But seriously, if they wanted mekar shut down it would have happened LONG ago… police chief may be a client of theirs?? Lmao
I don't want to imagine myself diving innocently in a hole while a LE is in his duty in the right next room.

Became a an entrapment victim in 2010 and the lady cop was nasty and they charged me too with a summary charge! Went with a lawyer and got it dropped! But the amount of money these local townships spend busting innocent Johns is too much to bear by the society! Make it some what legal already! America is such a backward country!

Approximately how much did you give for your attorney's fee?
