Agreed that she is still quite hot, but the look starts to lose the appeal when the weight loss turns into a gaunt look-- affects chest size too even when surgically enhanced as the loss of fat / muscle tissue no longer supports augmentations or inserts the same way.

I haven't seen K since January. Even though she's quite thin, I wouldn't say it's to the degree of looking gaunt. That said, she did appear to me to be skinnier than what I'd remembered in Dec. You've seen her more recently I take it?

Yup -- to each there own is really what it comes down to...I think age plays a factor in perspective too. Either way physical well being / health is most important-- sort of a liability for everyone partaking.
