At first I hated it but then I grew to love it. The lack of codes gates security and other nonsense appealed to me. I'm mostly a nighttime monger, so no issues with the busy street. Some mongers do park a bit too close to the door,but other than that it's pretty great. And nothing could beat Claire DTing you loudly 3 feet from the street 30 seconds after you walk in,shit was hot.

I too like the location coz it has no gate codes or assigned parking and, I always found street parking nearby.

I understand why some people hate the location coz its open and its easy to bump into a fellow monger. If I bumped into an acquaintance then we would both be "guilty." If I don't know you then I'd care less.

People hate the location not because of bumping into mongers, but because it isn't discreet during daytime. Multiple men going inside a house, on the hour, through the same entrance, is the easiest tell in the world. A lot of people aren't comfortable with that. I really don't care tho lol
