what about if you are 64, have 1.4 million in assets (not including a home) and hit this place on your way home from the beach still wearing your bathing suit, have sand on your feet and have a scent of sun tan lotion? Basically presenting the "this is me, not pretending to be anyone but myself" look? Isn't that more real that dressed up with hair slicked back, a real or not real rolex, and a wad of cash that doesn't mean much?
yeah the slight scent of coppertone. Seriously though......when I am just myself, it is amazing what happens. When I try to be someone I am not, fail fail fail. Also, wearing a ring on my left hand (for good reason) somehow attracts them like bees to a flower. I guess they feel I am safe since they know nothing will happen.
do any of the hotels still have parties in their bar areas on Saturday nights ? Back in the day Short Hills Hilton was the easiest place to hook up with a cougar, and Woodbridge ( I believe it was a Hilton ) same thing... I hooked up with many gals in these places but it was quite a few years back and well before COVID. Not sure if any of them ever got back to these forums or not.
yeah my SO tells me that women flirt with me all the time and I never notice it. Last summer I was at the beach by myself and this attractive 50 something woman (with a really nice body) asked me (and not her friends) if I could put suntan lotion on her back. Being a gentleman I of course obliged. She also wanted some on the back of her legs, which of course I did. When I was done I now remember she hesitated before saying thank you and walking away. She was probably waiting for me to say something to start a conversation. She then thanked me and went back to her friends. I mentioned this to my SO when I got home and she said "you idiot, she was flirting with you. She asked YOU and not one of her friends?". I had no idea. I guess what I should have said, "do you want me to put some on your front as well" to see what she would have said. More than likely, thinking back, she would have said yes. But at the time I didn't even think of it. I was just being polite and helping out. SMH.

If you’re not particularly tall or handsome then you better be wealthy or at least supremely confident and fun, but you don’t come off as those things either.
