Impossible to get screened if new?

I’m switching over from only having used PD. I tried 3 different orgs and they just stop replying after I say I have no other references beside PD. Anyone else have experience with this?
What are some orgs that are a bit lax on the screening so I can get some references under my name

None. If you have not been around, your phone number is not in their database. Things were pretty lax several years ago, no so much now. Prepare to give them DL, work ID, paystub if that's your thing.

Not sure where you're trying but start with LSC or VF. Both are responsive from my experience.

Agree. Young guys are not worth the hassle for the org. It sucks, but not surprised. Maybe try peach cafe?

Redhotk.ch and peach.cafe try those. They only asked name, age, ethnicity no reference.
