Would be surprised maybe, that often in places, the "first appointment" is the "first one after the first one", i.e. many places there are fun and games before the store opens. Could even be third, who knows?

Hey Man i totally understand why you are asking this, it is quite perplexing to me also but then again it is not, i honestly believe alot of this comes down to Money for the providers and who these guys really are off of this site, maybe its marital issues, maybe its loneliness, maybe they caught a disease they dont want to speak about which has completely eliminated their chance of finding a real chick in the dating scene so they say fuck it anything goes in the AMPS, they dont care about their body anymore and safety be damned because they are already at the point of no return anyway, who knows.
