I know a person that was married after the initial green card they were divorced and everyone was happy. I don't know if they really care about being a citizen to much extra work involved. Citizenship would be needed if they were looking to bring family members back from china. I think they are more interested in being able to go back to china and come back to America. I don't think it's a problem for them staying in this country without a green card the problem comes when they want to go back to china to visit. Our immigration system doesn't work and there are Chinese people here for more than 10 years without a green card no one bothers them. There are so many illegal immigrants in this country unless you commit a serious crime I don't think they have to worry about being deported. I know for a fact that some of them that don't have green cards were receiving stimulus checks from the government. Staying here without a green card is the least of any problems.

The average going rate for that is about 50k. One told me 20k (which none of the others believe is true), it’s apparently paid in installments, 5k when you get married, 5k for the 2 year green card, 5k for the 10 year green card, and 5k for citizenship. It really depends on the provider, my wife has friends that do a variety of services. Some like certain things some dont, this is coming directly from their mouths as since i am with a provider they usually talk freely with me, that being said. I think sometimes some details get lost in Translation. I speak limited mandarin, learning is difficult, and then sometimes her friends are korean or other. So, the take away is you have to really narrow down what services you want, what look you want, and provider ability.
