I have this problem. I always tire out my partners in relationships because it would take me 30m - 1hr+ to achieve orgasm, if at all.

I've tried a few things:
- abstaining from masturbation - weirdly, this helped one time? like literally one time, I had gone 2 weeks without jerking it and then had PREmature issue - literally popped in 10 seconds, but seems to do nothing beyond that one random occurrence.
- sex therapy, which was not helpful for me. The therapist literally didn't have much idea on how to help me, since I don't have many hang-ups on sex, and I wasn't abused or anything like that.
- acupuncture (which had some studies backing it) - didn't do shit, but I don't know how much I trusted that acupuncturist.
- general fitness and diet - lost 45 lbs and can squat/deadlift my bodyweight now. Still did not solve the issue, though.

I plan to talk to a Urologist that specializes in men's sexual health soon...

Found this paper which lists two medications as the "front line" for treatment, though one seems to be an antidepressant and they should NOT be combined.

I too can take a very long time or never finish as well despite edging and leaking like a sieve.
  • I don't masturbate since starting this hobby 6 months ago; I have no desire for it. I'm doing enough sessions a week that I don't need it, a rare occasion I will do two session in a day (like today). Today I was done in 10 min. for both sessions, I think because I had them do all the work.
  • I'm in pretty good shape, but, even then I still get hot and sweaty when I have to do all the work and I think that is another reason I can take too long. Final position, I was doing DS for about 25 min on Monday and the hardwood floor was covered in my sweat, I almost slipped on my ass.
  • I cut back on drinking alcohol and take power naps, I have a sleeping problem and this seemed to help me.
  • I heard Ashwagandha might help (I ordered some today off Amazon - goli brand has the most reviews), its supposed to help relax you (more natural instead of an actual anti-depressant drug); I know I think with my big head too much (especially when I'm doing all the work) and it gets in the way. Also, if I get a little upset (easy due to life these days) its best for me to avoid an AMP and only go there when in a good mood.
