so tell me about that infamous "screening" I am personally not comfortable sharing too much personal info, do they actually screen or is it a way to just control the flow? is it money talks at the end of the day? What's your go to screening method, and why? TIA
Would ID (real name) with blanked out details suffice? I feel that with real name, you can get pretty much all information.
Screening requirements can vary widely on sites like Eros and Tryst. At one extreme, some providers will ask for as little as a selfie with you doing a specific action, such as giving a thumbs up. At the other extreme, some want you to provide photos of your complete drivers license, your work ID, your LinkedIn account info, a work email, 2-3 provider references, and more.
In many cases, however, you can get through screening without providing all the personal info if you have 2-3 current provider references. You can get those by looking for providers that are “newbie friendly” and will accept you without references or with minimal other info. Once you get those references, you can use them to see more demanding providers and build up a stream of other references.
Another screening option that works is to join a service like P411. Once you get through their approval process, you can request appointments with member providers. Some will see you without any other references; other require you to provide references unless you have gotten okayed by a set number of other providers who you have seen in the past. I find it to be a simple, fast and relatively painless approach that lets you schedule appointments without having to go through full screening every time.
