If they have bank account,
Get their bank info and do external account wire transfer
some bank fees - around 30-50 dollars
If not in china, you can try google pay

Yup like the other people said, they're going to need a bank account and they will most likely come with fees. If you can get a bank account with the same bank they have then fees will be lower of course. They may sometimes waive the fee during certain periods, like my Korean bank did during the Korean Thanksgiving holiday period.

I’ve used PayPal to send Euros to my nephew in Germany. No fees other than currency exchange fees when the funds are withdrawn from my US bank account.

Presuming You intend to send to a bank account, you can try a PayPal service called Xoom , and western union will also do it , it is more expensive to do a bank to bank transfer unless its a internationl bank with branches here and there ( Scotia bank, HSBC)...... there might be other ways to do this , might be worth it to do a search on bankrate.com

You said family in Asia that's 50+ countries with different banking laws so first check with fam there or other expats about the fees there.
Presuming You intend to send to a bank account and/or it is too large a sum to send via Western union or Moneygram, you can try a PayPal service called Xoom , and western union will let you send directly to a bank account.

In case anybody was wondering, my wire transfer from Nigeria hit a small snag. No cause for delay, my Prince friend tells me. Just a honest mistake in the Nota Fiscalatububu declaration. A small fee paid ($400) and the whole thing has been cleared up. Everything in place to receive funds on Tuesday (Monday is a banking holiday). Have a good weekend!

Funny you mention that. There is a second €350,000,000 coming from the Prince’s second cousin. For some audit reason, I CAN’T do that follow-on transaction. PM me privately and I’ll see if I can arrange an introduction. The Prince is a very, very busy man.
