how to prevent getting burned?

Hey guys, serious question here. So recently I've been scammed twice by ghetto providers from bp. Both times I hand the provider the donation and then right after she receives her donation she denies to give me full service. It puts me in a helpless situation because i cant call the popo on them for obvious reasons.. and also I cant attack her because then i get cuffed for assault. What am i suppose to do in those situations? I know some of you will say, dont visit providers from bp but to be fair i have had three other successful visits with bp providers, so its hard to differentiate which one is a scam and which one isn't.

If you call someone who requires a deposit with good reviews you won't have this issue. But try not to go to low income neighborhoods as well

check out my post on providers to avoid. add their info as well. My advice is to only see providers that have been reviewed especially in questionable areas where they don't care if the neighbors gets alarmed.
