I can say from personal experience the two monthly average mongering amounts being questioned on this thread are absolutely not unrealistic.
I've had a similar mongering budget for, well, decades.
Not saying it is wise or advisable, but it is certainly doable, especially if you 1) have a decent job and 2) don't splurge on other things.

I am spending a lot of money but the correct mindset is how do I make more? A software engineer career path does not have a ceiling cap like most profession such as a teacher.

Companies pay more for experience engineers to go into leadership or more technical position. It's the scar tissue that a junior engineer develops that is irreplaceable.

So I don't feel bad that I see k-orgs a lot. I am just living my best life and enjoying myself. I know I will make more in the future.

I do make that much because I can solve data structures and algorithms problems.
