Im more interested in how you all seem to find these gems. I guess a lot of it is TOFTT, but I only try to go to places that have been reviewed for my saftey but also for my wallet.

Hehe these girls are for everyone mates. It’s honestly hard to find the gems without toftt and most mongers find new girls through forums like this, so they are likely reviewed at least once. None that I've come across yet. I find the thought of keeping them a secret a fool's errand. Even if not reviewed (cause I bet only 1% or less of the thousands of mongers in NYC alone just browse sites and never say a word), word of mouth or the business themselves pushing the girls gets them plenty of business. Almost none of these girls will stay at a spot if they can't make $1k or more a day. So unless you guys do multiple hour sessions with your ATFs, they wouldn't be there next time if they don't make any money. They will find greener pastures and text you their new place of work.

I'm referring to the GFE girls, no clue how the HE only spots make their money.

Agree with @Defyeler. I think it’s counterproductive. That doesn’t mean you shout from the rooftops though and say this girl is one you can’t miss. Just leave a solid review that says why you like her. Everyone likes different things, so usually one review isn’t gonna cause a dramatic change in their volume. My 2c.
