I have had a place in Flemington on my radar, but wondered is it too far ,if I am not already in area.
Well today,my SO suggested going to an Amish market in Flemington (which was good,by the way)
And in a shopping center, across the street I see the place that's been on my radar.
Started thinking, this is a trek just for the hobby.
The places I go to,usually, are between 15 and 35 minutes.
This was 55 one way,and 70 minutes the other.
So how far does everyone travel to monger on the average.and how far would you drive to try someplace new

I’ve traveled two hours one way to enjoy my day and it was worth it. But then again, I had the time, the opportunity and the will to do so. It worked for me and I was glad I did it but I only did it once more as the circumstances changed and I moved on to something more local.

Edison is about 45 minutes from me and it's the furthest I'm willing to go. Luckily it's a popular enough spot there's some good options but I wouldn't go to a spa there. If I'm driving that far it's going to be for at least 2 cups and fs.

Even at that I haven't headed that far since before covid. Between Asbury and Toms River is my preferred limit, especially for anything less than 2 cups.

About 3 yrs ago, my ATF provider at the time toured a lot but usually was close to me once a month.

One time she texted me that was skipping NJ this month for a family reunion but that she was going to be in Baltimore that week. I called out from work that next day. Drove almost 4 hrs in each direction but she was sweet enough to give me 2 hrs for the donation of 1 and we had a nice bucket of blue crabs for lunch and just talked and hung out. Unfortunately she had her late afternoon booked or I could have gotten a freebie after lunch to prepare me for the drive home.

20 mile radius.
Gas and time is included when I’m deciding where to go.
Also tolls, I have to make sure I avoid tolls. SO would want to know why I paid a certain toll if I had no reason to be there. She doesn’t trust EZ pass, and reviews the monthly statement.
No tolls were involved on trip for me

Just a thought. If you have to go through ez pass on parkway you can take off your box and wrap it in tin foil so it doesn't register and just pay cash. Then no record of trip. I think that is an option if you need.

Wow good question.. I guess it depends on the reviews if they are are and sounds like something I would be into I guess up to an hour would be the max. Unless the little head is driving well thank could be a bit further. But with all kidding aside and the amount of good providers in the area you should be able to find one about 30 minutes of less

30 mins radius from where I am in Staten Isl offers me a wide variety of places, mainly in NJ. Tolls are no issue, but don't like taking the VZ so Brooklyn & Manhattan are off the table.

I wont drive longer than the session itself. If I schedule 60 mins with an escort I don't want to drive more than 60 mins in total there and back. I'm close to Princeton and Edison so many touring escorts will hit one or the other and its not a problem. With AMPs I have plenty of choices within 15-20 mins away, I guess its just a personal preference I like to hobby but I don't want to spend hours traveling on top of the money being spent

I’m willing to drive 40ish minutes or so. That’s how long it takes me to get to Dream Spa from my house. Anything longer than that, then I’m out. Regardless of how good the provider might be.
