How do you ask if the place will do hj?

I want a massage with a hj at the end. I thought the rule of thumb is if its open past 10 pm they do HJ. I went to a place that was open to 11 pm and they didn't do it and it was a shitty massage. I have tried calling some places, but I don't think they'll tell me over the phone. I don't want to go to a place if they don't do HJ. Any ideas?

How old do you look? I had an issue when I was in my 20's getting the offer so I had to suggest a "SOFT" massage a little lower. They will know what you mean and tell you the price, but ideally you know in advance what to offer. Also, being a little bit flirty also helps.
