...muscles, six packs, etc. - sure that's obvious; let me add this to the notion: Dad Bod is a look a lot of hot young babes are attracted to. Check this from the New York Times: https://nypost.com/2021/03/25/dad-bods-are-the-biggest-turn-on-for-singles-amid-pandemic/
I am of a certain age and while I joke about it, let's be real, I don't have the need, time or energy to hit the gym multiple times a week. Soft in the middle is a realistic description of my body type. I am in the presence of younger and/or mature attractive women on many levels very frequently and experience as many flirting glances, conversations and outright advances as ever.
People hating themselves because they don't look like an underwear model is the biggest thing that holds them back. Women smell your low self esteem and lack of self confidence a mile away.
Be your best version of yourself today, right now. Incrementally move toward anything you might want to be, but be happy with who you are right now, and practice your karate, you're going to need it.

I look like Anthony Perkins circa 1974. White, thin as heck, aging compared to my 20’s but not old looking. The one thing I notice is Asian women are way more into me than white women and it’s not just a fake notion I’ve developed due to the spas. It’s a real life thing.
