I consulted with Hims for PE and they recommended sildenafil first which they say can prolong staying power in addition getting hard af.
Didn’t really have the intended effect even after they recommended upping the dosage. Pro: refractory period effectively disappeared. Con: next pop wasn’t always guaranteed.
