HHR or HR difference in service

Is the service level very different for HHR or HR? When I book HHR I often just get BBBJ and FS and that's it. I only last at most 30 mins, so that has worked for me since there is a good different in price. Do you notice significant difference in service between HHR and HR? Are there things they're willing to do for the HR price instead of HHR?

In a place with massage HR gets you extra massage. In a non massage place, generally HR is for 2 pops.

Some providers (especially very busy ones) prefer HHR because it's more $/minute. Getting a full HR does not change the menu in my experience.

With the time to get undressed, the time the girl leaves the room to drop the money, clean the shower, get a hot towel or rubber, the 30 mins would feel rushed to me, unless there was no shower or massage, but I like to take my time and the difference in cost of 30 vs 60 mins is not that much (like it's not half the cost to take 30 mins) so I usually always go for the hour...
