I guess it depends on what we are calling above and beyond.
If we're talking about a paid service that not everyone gets, yes many times.
If we're talking about doing something on top of paid service (aka free unexpected extras).... once or twice, not often really. Only ladies I had strong relationships with and most of them are long gone.

Like many other more context into what you want to qualify as "above and beyond" would be help.
Back like 15 years ago many indies would opt to give their long time recurring clients some perks. Like many wouldnt pay attention to time limits, MSOG would be on the table when it wasn't before, some times Greek or bbfs would become and option at no charge or sometimes for a price but only to regulars.
The big one though would have been the absence of clock watching. I had a Polish model in the 2010s that was previously incall only, she made the exception to see me at my apartment since we only lived a 10 minute walk from each other. Some times she would just hit me up on a Friday or Saturday afternoon to see if I was feeling frisky. I'll get her over and for the price of one hour she often stayed several hours or overnight. We would often go to a restaurant for food and drinks no charge and she would pay her own bill. So that to me is above and beyond considering I only ever paid her for an hour session.
