The Queens shit is bad. I have no idea what's going on there, but from the videos I've seen Queens looks like Bangkok, which women on the street soliciting in the middle of the g-d day. Being that flagrant is just asking for trouble, to the point where there were people marching about cleaning up the massage/fast houses there.
Roosevelt ave is so flooded its an active process to not get a massage if you're walking around as a single man. They will literally grab you and pull you in.

Yeah, Passaic is done for a long time. These weren’t slap on the wrist charges. Conspiracy/prostitution is a 4th degree felony. They were handing it out left and right. That’s up to 4 years.
4th degree felony charges will be handled by the Passaic County Prosecutor's office. They have to decide whether to keep the case there or downgrade to a disorderly persons charge and send it back to municipal court. Given all the attention directed at human trafficking these days, I have to guess that the County will keep the case and either prosecute the defendant or get the person to flip and give more information about the inner workings of the businesses and go after bigger fish. It all really depends upon the appetite of the prosecutor's office to pursue the matter.

Jenny is on her due break, she doesn't yet know her next move, her reputation precedes her in this industry so she'll have no problem landing somewhere, most likely Fala-shing. As for the Passaic closings, the writing is been on the wall for quite some time, an era has ended there, at least for a long while. As much as this AMP forum is good for information, this has also been its self-fulfilling prophecy. This is a lesson I hope we all should learn.

Municipalities in the State of New Jersey have absolutely no authority to require and issue permits/licenses for the operation of a massage parlor within their borders. They can regulate the operation of the spa under their health code (such as mandating cleanliness standards, etc.). But, technically, they can't close a business because it doesn't have a municipal license/permit. Just a fun fact to share with your friends.

Having filled out an audit of a spa for the state of New Jersey I am not too sure about this statement. They asked for quite a bit of documentation. Copy of town license, massage therapist license, gross receipts, therapist salary, etc. Their inspection followed township inspection. They clearly indicated if the audit did not pass they could close the shop down.
