In HK, you will find "walk up" girls and "hotel" girls.
"walk up" girls tend to be older (often locals), cheaper (500HKD), and located in grungy apartment buildings. If you try the walkups, you will likely end up walking up and down 10 flights of stairs, knocking on 20+ doors, before finding something you like. Also, be prepared to cross paths with 20+ other mongers wandering through the building, all knocking on doors. I personally do not recommend the Fuji building in Causeway Bay. The level of service Fuji is quite low (cbj). Other walk ups, like Hing Loong building in Central, are better.
"hotel" girls tend to be younger (often girls from China on 7 day visas), more expensive (1000HKD), and located in 3 or 4 star hotels in Kowloon (usually in TST, you won't find much on HK side). My recommendation is to stick with the "hotel" girls. Standard service is 45 minutes, bbbj (cim is ymmv), no rim.

The above is all good info. The walk ups in HK are way cheaper than Macau, but if you have the budget, Macau is a much better experience. The saunas there are 24 hour entry. You can skip a hotel and just stay there. They give you blankets to sleep there and you can spend the day getting massages, surfing the net, reading if you bring a tablet, and then pick a girl whenever. Macau suanas are basically paradise for men. However, even there, I would read reviews. The girls are generally better service there than walk ups but you get some stinkers.
A suggestion I would make if going to the walk ups - Take the elevator to the top floor, and work your way down. Much easier than walking upstairs.

I used to go to HK for business 6-8x a year for two weeks each stay - needless to say, it’s a very fun city. Sex141 was a great resource - I would scout the girls I was interested in before I got to town, then when my flight landed and I was in baggage claim, I’d start calling to set up my dates with hotel girls in the TST area of Kowloon.
Another really great time was hitting HK island (short ferry, cab or their really good subway system from TST). There’s an awesome ex-pat area to drink called Lang Kwai Fong (LKF) that is a mob scene on the weekends, followed by hitting the clubs in Wanchai where you can easily arrange dates with girls and take them back to your hotel. One of my fondest memories was finding a gorgeous, young Colombian girl after several drinks, bringing her back for the night to the TST Sheraton, then leaving her maybe $250-300 US dollars as I raced out of the room early the next morning to catch my flight back to the US... must have dumped 4 loads on her that night.

Mongering in NYC at the 200/280 places every other day for 2 weeks is about the same price as Bangkok when you factor in the price of a top gogo bar 4K baht ($120) & hotel ($40+) and plane ticket ($600+).
