I don't think you'll get names here. Cof is very ymmv. Your best bet is service girls and last appointment where if it screws with their makeup and/or hair, they are OK with it.
Even very freaky girls were extremely cautious about cof when it wasn't last appointment.
My advice - if you really want it - schedule last appointment with someone who is comfortable with you and whom you know . You'll get better results with service girls, ie if a girl swallows there's a better chance she'll take it on her face. Then ask her if you can cof.

I don't really see it? People have different kinks... I mean just in this hobby pse, cim, rimming (aka licking a strangers butthole), and to lesser degree swallowing is normalized and even itemized (see LA org ads). Fluid play is something that isn't really completely out of the whack.
Hell, Greek and cof is usually something that many, many indies do. I personally don't think kgirls would care that much if they were guaranteed nothing would go into their hair eyes or makeup. At least not those who rim ardently swallow and do other comparable stuff.

Very true indeed. Once you have accepted that these chicks wouldn’t piss on your burning body without being compensated comfortably, why make a facial the moral equivalent to total degradation. And even then, some girls (and guys) have their kinks.
The whole thing is deranged and degrading, why draw the line at COF when 90% are doing CIP? I would argue that for the girl even having the most “gentlemanly” session with an overweight, smelly, ugly, neckbearded slob would be more degrading than a good looking in shape guy asking for COF..
