Girls sharing info on regulars

I often find myself contemplating the business aspects of our favorite hobby, and end up always wondering why it seems to me that the girls in a shop - especially one where they are around for a period of time - never seem to share info about what a regular customer likes with each other. In my mind it would seem the overall goal would be to keep you visiting the shop as often as possible, and not having to spend time searching for what you might really like. I think this would lead, in the long run at least, to a more satisfactory customer relationship, better service levels, and consequently higher income for the shop as a whole, and also probably more for the girl as well. I have never seen any signs of this other than 2 isolated instances, both at my "main" spot where I am well known. One thing that does seem to happen is when I get a new girl it appears she has been informed that I am "OK", but it is left up to her to do what she wants. Better than nothing I guess. The other day I also had one of the long time girls tell me to come in and try any new girl that might show up, as it will help keep me from getting bored, and also help the new arrival make some money so they will be more likely to stay around long enough to see what their business will really be like. Now this expression of a business plan impressed me, and made me wonder once again why I don't see more of this. I guess it is driven by jealousy and territorial aspects, but in the end it is not the best plan IMHO.

Anyone else out there have any thoughts to share, or discussions with providers on this?

I think it's a pretty bold assumption, on many levels, that a clients desires, expectations, capability would be predictably conveyed by those sharing notes. How does one account for or explain chemistry, the attraction between two people. The only thing I would find consistent, possibly taken into consideration about the initiative......is the house fee.

I have my doubts, that most of the talent is going to openly admit to one another,.....that so and so, only likes it raw, etc.... If the case, the stable then knows if the client continues with the same talent, there's a good chance theres no wrappers in the mix. I also think in many cases, management knows exactly whats going on,.....but wouldn't necessarily be happy about hearing it as part of a discussion or an issue for the roster comparing notes.

Do you really think they would be honest with one another anyway? Doubtful,.... just as we have our ATFs and don't post anything about them, I'm certain, they do, would do, the same, the example being, the post by the OP,..."never seem to share". I think protecting their meal tickets out weighs any expression of a business model.....I know this is the case, experiencing a boat load of possessive drama among the recruits,......the lady who's up next vs. the one who took ownership of me, based on having even just one session.....

I know managers/mamasans that I've built relationships with, are or should be, the ones doing the educating, telling me,......who I might want to consider trying. Perhaps a better business model, is doing it this way, keeping the infighting, jealousy and entitlement, hopefully, in it's place. Again, I feel the managerial relationship is an important one, helped by one's loyalty, frequency of visit.....I doubt anyone would suggest those in command are entirely honest, accurate, well meaning all the time but it's better then getting caught up in a cat fight,....been there, it's not fun. Lastly, I wouldn't want anyone sharing my desires,....the possibility that in me selecting someone else, I'd be on the hook for someone's interpretation, their idea of what they thought my script might be.....or worse.

Perhaps a customer service suggestion or two, or more might be: knock off the bait and switch, try to be honest, know who's working on any given day, know if someone wanting to see someone, is only available for only 30 minutes,.....not after I made an appointment and drove an hour. Tell me the shower is broken when I call, not for my benefit but so I know the person I've asked to see, who probably just finished with someone else, washed her snapper off in the toilet, maybe the sink......I could go on.....

Of course they share intell. Especially with the freaky customers. I walked into my regular spa about 10 years ago. It was the only place I went to. I see a naked man standing there. The momma came out and was laughing at me. We started talking and she said this guy pays her $300 just to walk around the spa when it isn't busy. Normally they don't let customers see him but they were playing a joke on me. About 15 years ago I knew a lady that worked in a S&M dungeon she said 1 rich customer had a special toilet installed and would about once a month come in and have all the ladies pee on his face all day long for big bucks.

Another time I had an appointment with my regular lady but another guy came in and went in with my lady and I was like WTF? Momma said again he will be done in 5-10 mins. This guy would pay the regular price and get the girl naked and ask her to spread them while he took care of himself then he would leave in 5 mins never touching him. At a strip club a dancer had a regular who would pay for about 10 couch dances while reading her the bible.

So yes they do talk about certain customers but most likely you're nothing special. So don't feel self conscious if you want to ask a lady to peg you with a strap on.

Actually I was thinking more along less exotic lines. Haha.

Steelhead is certainly correct in that it would not be expected or likely that they would be sharing things like BBFS with each other, and I am also sure that anybody with some wild fetish would get shared. Out of all I agree that MMS is the best person to know her customers, and maybe I am not correct in the view I have of how much they truly know - but don't seem to use that knowledge. As an example I am sure there are customers who much prefer a traditional approach, and then there are others that are more into BBBJ. In this case it would make little sense to send a girl in to a customer that likes BBBJ, but she does not like or do that. A waste of time and money, and it will possibly lead to visits to other places.

In any event I guess I will just continue the hunt for a while longer, and see where it leads.

One place I visit , the girls “pool” their earnings . I guess they are tight with each other and it works out , could be total bullshit , but who knows/cares. There is some “come see me “ not her , or I do it all , not them so keep it a secret. Like any business , especially sales, it’s cut throat. After many visits , some places don’t change. Rarely some do. Girls come & go . Some places open / close so frequently or change hands . Do any guys see it as a thrill to go to a place and see “which” type of girl will come in for you ? Not knowing them ?

At Kyoto in Woodbury, the MMS filled in twice when my regular was on vacation. She knew what I liked, in what order, and how much I tipped. She even counted out the tip and handed back the extra 20% I normally give, and she was worth it!

Kyoto was one of my favs ! Jenny was great . Hannah the boss filled in sometimes when needed, she was fun ! Kinky for a older woman . When they left, younger girls took over . They were there until it closed down .
