General advice, sex vacation? (Thailand, Costa Rica, etc?)

Mad envy for the Pattaya trip... I have set the expectation with my SO that I have to travel for work at minimum 2-3 times a month, so travel is not unexpected. Even when I have a month when I'm not taking a hobby-oriented trip, I still take two days to check in at a hotel in the area (but out of any chance of being seen by her) to maintain the pattern. Those nights locally are fun for going to a strip club til closing or 2am meal at the Oregon Diner or going to AC to gamble a bit. Another pro-tip - most companies will allow you to do direct deposit to multiple accounts so set up a slush-fund account and route 5% to that bank. She still sees the money hit the joint account and you have a separate account for your hobbies that she cannot see the activity on.
Bigger trips like Pattaya or Tijuana take bigger planning and a bigger checkbook (at least Pattaya does). TJ is easy enough out of San Diego so maybe you need a "Golf Outing" or "Fishing Trip." Next time you're golfing, take extra pics of you in your golf clothes and save them (make sure location services are off) so you can text home a few pics "from the course" when you're dipping your 9-iron in a sexy chica in TJ.

I worked in Thailand for a couple of months a couple years back. Spent a month in Bangkok and another month travelling the country evaluating potential construction sites for our client. Depending on where you are in Bangkok, if in the right areas, the choices are unlimited. Patpong where I stayed on Convent Road had a number of GoGo bars and massage parlors within a few blocks walk. Another is Soi Cowboy. (Soi is Thai for Lane or small street). Anything from a short timer to all night or longer. You can go with one on one or 2, 3 or more if you can handle that sort of thing. Tho many reputable hotels will not let you bring them back to your room, so you have to either chose to stay at a less than 5 star place or get a short time place. I got around that obstacle by staying at a company owned condo in a high rise while in Bangkok. And if your interested in experimenting try a Katooey if you dare. Until you pull a Trump and "grab em by the pussy" you'd never know they had nuts down there. Sometimes the adams apple was a giveaway. There was even a Go Go bar, the Super Queen that specialized in them and for a couple of hundred Baht you could bet a BBBJ in the back room. There are also BJ bars where table service is the specialty.
Pattaya used to be the best but the negatives( extreme heat, stench, lengthy travel, bad exchange rate, increased drink/girl costs, girls always on phones, air pollution ) outweigh the positives. Medellin Colombia is the place to be 2020. The city can be intimidating if you speak no spanish and don't handle urban settings well but the place is dirt cheap with unbelievably beautiful chicas everywhere. City is much safer than you think, just be streetwise and cautious at night.
@Ralphbailey, Im really interested in Medellin but never grew the balls. I'm going to start doing some homework. Any pro tips ?
