Just curious; what're your guys opinions on Fraternal Orders (not Frats, so much). I'm a member of one and have found kinship to be unbelievably fruitful for my personal development.

Do you believe in them and are you a member of one?

I'm curious as to why a question such as this would be posed to guys who pretty much prefer/enjoy/are obsessed with the company of Asian sex workers. It's the type of kinship that is believably fruitless in so many ways. The type of company that is better done in private. With women.

I think that the mentoring and networking that goes on in a fraternal order is worthy. Fraternal orders by their very nature can empower their communities, and if a guy has the time to devote to it then he's better than I am. And I am positive that there are men on this site who belong to fraternal orders.

The Knights of Columbus comes to our church on a monthly basis and tries to recruit younger men. They do great works and emphasize charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism. They raise lots of money and donate that money to worthy causes. I respect them, of course. But I broke bad a long time ago, and as a whoremonger I wouldn't be worthy enough to wear their blue bomber jacket.

Unless it's Ralph Kramden's Raccoons.
