Flushing has a broad range of talent in the immediate and adjoining neighborhoods. Like everywhere else, you can find the 20-35 year old talent at a higher price. They look younger than they are by about 10 years and offer their services through an agency at the beginning with a few trying the indie route. The agencies will text you pics, but if they look overly perfect, they are likely stylized estimations of who you will be getting. After they age out of the agency scene and can no longer fake their youth, you will find the same talent in spas and residential setups, usually between 35-50 year old. Same skill if you pay the higher price, just older and they intentionally exert less energy. It is not from age, but from getting jaded. After 5 more years at a few "mature-only" spots, you will find the 55-65 year old in Downtown Flushing and in Jackson Heights at a discount. I had one 48 year old tell me that she used to complain about tips, but she realizes that she needs to take what is offered (within reason).
Manhattan has a similar cycle where the talent cycles from Wall Street, to Midtown, and then down to Chinatown to age out. The Manhattan rents require that all the prices are 50%+ higher. The higher price creates a market demand for them to look young and speak English. The not-so-secret fact about Manhattan venues is that most of the Chinese talent lives in Flushing. The Korean talent is more widely disbursed, but rarely lives in the city. If you don't feel like you paid a quarter of her rent that day, she lives in Queens or possibly Brooklyn. You will also find more American born Chinese and Koreans working in Manhattan than in Flushing due to their superior language skills.
Because the OP asked about non-AMP settings, the OP can pay the premium and go through an agency or the indie websites. There are exceptions to what I laid out if you are Asian and can navigate the Asian-only websites. I'm presuming the OP is not as he likely wouldn't be asking the question here. The house setups in the greater-Flushing area are often easier to get to and cost less than agencies.
