Flushing bruddas! If a K-girl agency opened in flushing (similar to apartment set ups like kovergirls, vipspot, epm, cp, discreetstory, etc) would you guys go?

I think I'd go if they maintained kgirl prices but if they gonna charge Flushing incall prices (500+), that's a hard no for me. tempting tho

I would be interested, but few points of concern: (IMHO)
Price point: you mention 500+/hr , holy that's way over my budget. I once or twice did saw indie at 500/hr (long ago) but now it's really hard for me to dish out that price.
KG (flat 400 with 1 or 2 except like Gisella) i rarely visited them when they were at 380.
VIPspot is ~400-450 (i never visited)

Then there is customers based....all respect to you and everyone else that can say 500 is their limit on budget, i don't think many of us can say that at this moment.
i don't think the owner is willing to charge less than ideal going price for k-agency in NYC.

MG is operating at an AMP environment, their rate is at 360/hr, not to mention their are competing against other AMP in nearby area

Same goes opening an agency, which you are competing against AMP in Flushing/Queens area where they are operating ~300/hr (280 to 340 range).

This is just my opinion, don't get me wrong, I agree with you, i would like to see K-girl agency opening in flushing or bayside given that in near future i probably won't be able to venture into Manhattan to see my favorites (Ada, Barbie, Vicky-NYAF/SG, Salacia-RS8 and many others).

The flushing amp range may be 300-340 range but I'm comparing it to the flushing incall scene which charges 500+ for any girl worth seeing. that's why if a flushing kgirl agency incall opened up, I fear they have to follow the trend of being over priced vs staying at a typical kgirl price range (~400 in manhattan, 320-350 in jersey, PA, VA, Georgia etc)

I'm hoping if one ever opens up, it'll stay in the 380-400 range lol

I do use these and I think it's more of a convenience factor for me at least.
Much easier to travel back and forth to Flushing vs Manhattan so lot of times I will just pay the upcharge for the club house.
Main downside I have with them is that the photos of the girls are all fake and they want you to come there select from a lineup of girls.

same trick used car dealers use...come down and look and after you spend an hour to drive there and 30 minutes testing it, the salesman disappears for 20 minutes and come back with a much higher price for necessary extras and garbage fees that their manager is adding on.

Lmfao.
For sure I have had some duds at the flushing houses but I've had some good girls there to. It's pretty 50/50 with them.
I once had the Papasa there recommend me a $500 an hour Chinese girl. After going in to see her I walked out after 10 mins and complained to him. He felt pretty embarrassed and has always been careful to to recommend to me since.

Most of the fees are on the invoice and are paid by the manufacturer
Let him fill out the whole bill of sale
Point out all the overcharges
Then tell him who do you think I am a 22 yo girl
Let him fill it out all over again
Waste his time not yours
If they think you know what you are doing they won't fuck with you

This is what I've come to understand as well. I was seeing a UTR K provider who lived in the north side of Northen Blvd, not far from BGS. She only worked in Cali and Vegas houses and spas. Traveling every other month, but lived in Flushing. I was kind of torn because on the one hand it would have beengreat if she just worked nearby, so I could book her just for an hour and be done. Doing the UTR thing she always insisted on doing more time and activities, to her it was giving more service and therefore ment more $. Of course it was greate to be only one of a handful getting to tap that but would have been so much more convenient if I the option to run in and out was there. Fealt too much like a commitment knowing I'd need to reserve 3-4 hrs just to see her and bang maybe two or three times when all I wanted was a quicky and to be on my way.
