I've been working on reducing the time I need to cum. I was blowing quicker than I would like, so I worked on lasting longer (reverse kegels, stretching) for about 3 months, now it's gone a little too far the other way. I've been starting to do regular kegels to help reduce the time, still putting in some reverse kegels to hopefully not lose all control.
