In my experience, the availability of the third hole for all is a rare enough occurrence in kgirl world that pretty much all orgs and ads list it fairly clearly.
With that said, last time BGC did something interesting (and imo wrong) with a girl who selectively allowed Greek. Vivian was getting bad reviews and wasn't a looker. She allowed Greek to some and many noted, so they even kinda advertised it but not really. So what happened was that the Greek part was pumped up, and suddenly she got a stream of mongers coming in. Then she shut it down and denied most people Greek. So it was a kind of a clever pump and dump so to speak. So while it appeared kinda scummy from org side, the ymmv factor was technically there.
I guess tldr is... wording like this could mean selective ymmv . Although a kgirl under 5' offering greek is highly highly doubtful. I do think it's just them trying to play with the theme of flights and so forth

I'm not sure I agree w/ that as always happening. Piano aka Silk as you know is advertising that service. But the girls that have done or offered that w/ me over the yrs. never advertised it, they didn't want word getting out to avoid the rush of mongers expecting that service. There's also some girls here working now who, from time to time depending on the monger/heat of the moment, will offer.
Good Cool_Jazz, glad that now you're seeing the light instead of you saying if Greek offered they'd specifically say it. It's pretty much only Silk/Piano and once in awhile another may pass through and advertise. Like I said above most girls who do it at times don't want a rush of mongers at their door expecting it. Like Marcus says above about popular girl he knows, there are a few that keep it under wraps and the ones I know are pretty popular/booked also.
