I just read that for sites that work on cell data but not wifi, perhaps the ISP providing the Internet is blocking access either to specific ports or specific IP addresses. I wonder if that's happening.

They told me it's a problem with xfinity/comcast. They are blocking the site. Perhaps a refresh of the router might work but I'm not sure.
