They are a major rip off.
They scoop up info from women's ads and posts them without permission. Sometimes it is just outdated info, sometimes they swipe photos of one woman and put it on another's profile. Often the "reviews" are copied along with other info, but sometimes they just make up reviews.
Rumors (this part I cannot confirm, the rest I know with certainty) is they hire a few people to crank out random reviews.

I would say that site is completely unreliable. It was unreliable when I was working in the Midwest when it was free. The ads were scraped from the internet so most phone numbers didn't even work, Even if someone reviewed the person the day before, They didn't add the price part until that dumbass law kicked in. I doubt it got any better. Of course, could be completely different in major metro areas. I would just search the provider name that catches your attention. You will probably find legit recent info that way.
