My problem I believe is mainly psychological. I can get a hard erection if I masturbate but when I go to AMP's it's kind of semi hard. Even a bbbj doesn't get me good and hard. Then the cover doesn't help either. It seems right before I cum I'll get good and stiff. I tried all the herbal supplements, also the gas station/porn shop pills. I use Cialis but it gives me a nasty sinus headache. It seems like all the supplements that work probably contain sildenafil or tadalafil and they give me a headache. Anybody know any natural remedy for ED?

Get in shape, loose weight and get your cholesterol down. If you drink either quit or cut back big time. Once you are in top shape your erections will be waking you up at night. It’s not easy but it worth it. Your overall health is 90% of it. Drugs are poison are do more harm than good.

I take a product from Amazon called Go On Red, an alleged all natural supplement, with no side effects. I also take a very small dose of THC or Delta 8 tincture before AMP or escort visits. I find this combination to be very effective.

I'm about 5"10, 185. I don't drink or smoke. I take Crestor for cholesterol and I'm on a very small dose of lisinopril for HBP. 5 MG. I try to eat healthy, a lot of chicken and turkey, very little red meat and pork. My only vice is sweets.

I'm at the point now where I worry so much about it that it affects me when there.

Loose 30-40 pounds. You need to be thin..thin. Little to no fat, only muscle. No pelvic fat period. Get ripped. Get a personal trainer spend a year and you will be there and won’t need the meds and the cholesterol will go down as a result. Not saying you are fat but 185 is not thin for your height. Once you look like a stud and you loose the weight you will have more confidence, your dick will be an inch longer and everything will change. That is the solution, not meds or other bs. Good luck.

There really are a lot of vitamin/ supplements that naturally help make things incredible. L Citrullinr, tongkat Ali, dopa mucuna, b6, zinc, lecithin, pine bark, garlic, beet root, pomegranate, fenugreek… you will never have issues. You’ll be Superman, so big and whatever other BS lines they give. So strong hehe

How old are you? That can be a factor.

Are you usually hard when you wake up at night or morning? If you also get hard when jacking off, then I agree with you. It's psychological. It's also made worse by the pressure to get hard and fear of not getting hard many times before.
Morning wood sometimes. Sometimes get hard when just thinking about AMP's.

Started taking a mix including zinc, lecithin and pygeum. Waiting for a result.

Hey Chicagoboy, your so called problem could be both psychological and physical...why not cover both angles? I'm 64, have not problems getting erections when I'm in the morning wood stage....that rules out psychological for me...and for you. I cover the physical with a good diet, being very fit for my age and weight and height, then, just as a booster, I take a few products....1. Semenax for semen production. If you don't have the urge you're not going to perform! 2. Rev 72 for hardness. 3. Lift for hardness. 4. Just started using this....Night Diamond for hardness. I take 2-3 Semenax a day, and when I'm hobbying, I start the night before with the Rev72, Lift, and Night Diamond....breaking the capsules open and putting 1/3 of each product in a spoon and taking that about every 1-2 hours before going for a visit.

“Worry” that is your problem. When you overthink and are nervous your erections aren’t going to work; especially as you get older. You have to break the negative feedback loop. You have to ask yourself what are you worried about?
