EPM Reference

This may seem like a dumb question, but i haven't found an answer listed anywhere on the forum.

Does the reference you use for epm have to be a previous provider with their agency. They aren't very clear on what counts as a reference and they don't respond to any questions.

If a previous provider from their agency can vouch for u then yes other then that it Has to be Legit provider.. no ref from amps or from sally working out in kenzo.. lol

Thank you that is what I was looking for, I don't really have a reference outside of typical AMP guess i have to get out and get some more experience.

My only hang up is i haven't been to an agency or indy before, guess I'll have to find an agency or provider willing to trust me and also able to provide future references

Once a year ago I remember they were going to schedule me without the reference , but I didn't pull the trigger because of the weather. I sorely regret it now lmao. I did not realize it would be tricky to get a reference without already having one.

There are indies and agencies that use alternate screening methods, such as having you submit copies of your work ID, your state ID, your work email address, social media addresses, etc.. You need to decide whether you are comfortable providing the info they want because the requirements can vary tremendously from provider to provider. It is possible to pass some screening at some providers or with some indies with only a selfie and no ID/social media/work info, but that will typically take a lot more time since it is much less frequently viewed as being “enough”.

Just call up and have a conversation with them. Be honest and you may be fine.

I was able to get my references together. And i had my first visit with them which was unfortunately pretty disappointing. But i may give em another chance when a new lineup comes around

I think You posted a bad review your first visited EPM. Maybe you don't have a second chance.

It's all good with EPM. Even though my first time was disappointing they said they would make it up to me later. So I will give them a second chance at a first impression.

You don't give it to EPM. Why You posted a bad review your first visited EPM.

This is like post #54 about this same topic. It always seems like it is a guy that doesn't have any references asking how to get a reference without spending any real money. .

@DickLong, specified in the beginning i searched the thread and couldn't find this info. Secondly i only asked if the reference needed to be from their agency. The rest I figured out on my own, and I'm not asking for any freebies. any extra comments after the first answer was just conversation. And to answer goldfish, i posted an honest review and did not degrade molly, just because i couldn't recommend her doesn't mean it was a bad review.like i said ymmv and there could have been other factors that affected the meeting. But I'm not gonna lie on my review just because it was my first time there and say it was a good time. That only makes it harder to find good providers. It was not a great session hence not a great review. That's all I have to say about it I'm gonna check out of this thread after this post

An honest negative review is helpful for this site.

I’m friends with the owner of EPM and she’s aware that I posted an honest and negative review about her agency in the past.

I even respectfully told her not to post pics of girls who look 30 pounds less than they actually are.

We’re still very good friends and I still help her assemble things that she buys from IKEA. lol.

There are many indies that accept newbies no problem. Not that hard at all. Don’t despair.
