I heard through the grapevine that the going rate has increased by 20. Can anyone confirm this is the case?
There was already a whole thread on this in the private section why don’t u look at that. Constant harping over 20 is not good for any of the parties involved. I never understood from the Beginning how 20 is a deal breaker. It was 5$ would that be a problem? What if it was 21$?? Who the hell cares!!

It's one of the more fascinating economic concepts. Pricing really does matter. $19.99 is different to our lizard brains than $20.01.

Similarly, if they charged us 25 cents per year for this site most of us would be gone. It's a different pricing concept but the principle is the same.

I never said it was a deal breaker and am not complaining about the increase. I just want to know before hand how much I need to bring considering I always tip above the standard rate.

Why would one more Jackson be a deal breaker? Because of the perceived drop in service/quality as of late. CP's model shows that people don't mind the premium when they feel they're getting what they paid for, which apparently hasn't been the case at EPM.

I agree one more Jackson ought not to be a deal-breaker. However, there are two sides to every story. CP/EPM customers may earn more $ than non CP/EPM providers? CP/EPM customers have their choices on how they want to spend their $. Likewise with non CP/EPM customers have their choices how to spend their $.
ALL customers have their choices how they want to spend $. At the same time, CP/EPM may want to reduce customer base by increasing rate? We do not know their Jackson increase justification. Don't ask why. Either go for it and agree to their terms, or seek elsewhere.
