Not the same person. The one coming to KG is a west coast provider that spends much of her time at LittleTokyo in Vegas and 1-2 shops in LA.

Was Elsa from AS/PP Korean? I thought the only Korean provider that shop ever had was Romi and Kelly.

No. She was Chinese. I think from Singapore.
And yeah, that pic is not even close to what she looked like.
