Yes, they are switching to try and make more money.
The problem is that they are looking at external factors.
They need to take a hard look at themselves.
If they would raise their attitude, be friendlier, be more attuned to customer satisfaction, seek to provide an unforgettable experience - to focus on execution to build a solid base of regulars - then they would have an abundance of flow.
LKS management does need to take responsibility for training though. Firstly to properly set girls' expectations for their own improved satisfaction, then provide feedback and training to help them become successful. For example, LSC asks for customer feedback on new girls.
